CM protocols require frequent objective monitoring of clients’ abstinence. Maybe time and labor-intensive?

It may help if addiction professionals knew how much PHPs (Physician Health Plans) rely on CM. I realize confidentiality is critical. But maybe PHPs could just generally share the positive results they achieve using CM for successful abstinence outcomes.
