Has the organization changed policies and procedures to support the practice?

Once a practice is fully integrated into your organization, you may need to check policy and procedure manuals to ensure that they support ongoing utilization of that practice.

Using the change team model, you have probably already identified the changes that are necessary so the review would be a double check that the changes have been made and that everyone knows they have been made.

Review your policy and procedure manuals to make sure they support the EBP that you have implemented.

Make sure that all forms in the manual are the current version and that everyone knows what the current policies and processes are.
