How do we work with schools for training?

How can we work with schools of social work, psychology or other training programs to train the next generation of providers on how to work harder, smarter and more collaboratively?

This is an interesting and important question, but what you are wanting is a whole system to change. That takes a lot of work and cross-sytem collaboration. I would approach this from an organizational systems of change model. As an example, these entities may not even agree with you that there is a need for anything to change (think precontemplation stage, so you may have to start by demonstrating there is a problem. For this, you will need data, examples, a summary of a literature review, etc.. If you really are prepared to take this on as a project, I recommend you start small with one school. Find a staff who is interested in exploring this further, develop a relationship with that person, offer to be a speaker in a class. Pique the person' curiosity. I actually did something like this when I was in Oregon.
